Non-Rental Social Small Group Use Regulation Policy

Open daily Monday to Sunday (private rentals and club events have priority

Open 9A.M. to 9P.M.

Maximum occupants allowed: 6 people including member maximum

Hours limit per non-rental group: 5 hours

Limited use of kitchen for only warming up food (absolutely no cooking), use of microwave and refrigerator for chilling beverages or food.

Please remember to respect the club furnishings as if it was your own.

Stopping by or using the club is not limited to one member group.

Member must attend with group during use of club.

Front entrance gate: Must be opened during your use of club.

Clean-up garbage after yourselves - after use of club please deposit into garbage bag and it is your responsibility to dispose outside of club, not club responsibility.

Must do's when in use:

all entry doors be locked both deadbolt lock & doorknob lock and gate lock (at all times) - A MUST.

all windows and front room blower turn off upon leaving - A MUST, DOUBLE CHECK

Hands off of heater thermostat (already set automatically)

make sure you shut off all water faucets in bathroom, kitchen - A MUST, DOUBLE CHECK

use of club beverages and snacks limited to members and their group

report any and all damage or unusual observation

SIGN-IN/OUT LOG SHEET - MANDATORY

if you see loose mail on the ground at the front entrance please bring it up to the club office and slip it under the door.
